Refund and Returns Policy

At D’outfit, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our men’s accessories. While we do not offer a general return policy, we want to ensure a fair experience for our customers in case of any product fault or manufacturing issue.

No Return Policy

We currently do not accept returns for any products sold through doutfit.com. All purchases are considered final unless the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchange Policy (Faulty or Incorrect Items Only)

We allow product exchanges only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Exchange if:

  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)

  • The product has a visible manufacturing defect

  • The item was damaged during delivery

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange if:

  • You changed your mind after ordering

  • You ordered the wrong size or design by mistake

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered

📅 Exchange Request Timeline

You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our customer care team.

📦 How to Request an Exchange

  1. Take clear photos of the faulty or incorrect product.

  2. Email us at admin@doutfit.com or WhatsApp us at with your order number and issue details.

  3. Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or ask you to send back the faulty item (we’ll bear the return shipping in case of valid claims).

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances except when:

  • A product is out of stock after you placed an order and payment was completed.

  • We are unable to deliver to your location for logistical reasons.

In such rare cases, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
